Product Description:
The coalescing filter element is made of a variety of composite materials through special processes and has hydrophilic properties. It not only filters out mechanical impurities in the medium, but also breaks the emulsion and coalesces to make the emulsified water from the medium. A filter element that separates and coalesces into larger water droplets to facilitate further purification of the medium.

Working Principle:
Droplets of oil, water and other liquids are captured by the microfibers inside the coalescer. These micron-sized fibers form a tortuous path to the airflow, forcing solid particles and liquid droplets to collide in inertia, diffuse intercept and direct intercept. Under the action of the filtration mechanism, it is captured by the ultrafine fibers, and the surface tension of the liquid causes the small droplets to coalesce into larger droplets, and the large droplets settle to the bottom of the container due to gravity.
The glass fiber coalescing filter element is made of high-density gradient glass fiber. It is designed as a monolithic tube structure to reduce damage and leakage. The surface of the filter element is treated with hydrophobic and oleophobic treatment to meet various precision grade requirements.
The polyester fiber coalescing filter element material is usually made of polyester fiber synthetic material and has good compatibility with various fluids. The filter element is spirally wound in a multi-layer structure. Each layer uses fibers of different properties to achieve the desired filtration accuracy by controlling the shape, size, thickness and density of each layer of fibers.
The coalescing filter element mainly uses surface-treated glass fiber or polyester fiber as the coalescence medium, and the structure of the filter material is specially designed to make the filter medium have good coalescence performance. The filtration precision can reach 0.1μm.
